HypnoBirthing Classes in Miami
When you change the way you view birth, the way you birth will change."
- Marie F. Mongan
HypnoBirthing® - The Mongan Method
The HypnoBirthing® technique, also known as The Mongan Method, is a method of relaxation to prepare for natural childbirth. The concept of HypnoBirthing® is not new; it's the philosophy of "rebirth" that existed thousands of years ago, than recaptured in the work of Dr. Grantly Dick-Read. Dr. Grantly Dick-Read was an English obstetrician in the 1920s who was one of the first in the concept of natural childbirth.
In our HypnoBirthing® classes in Miami, we teach women how to
use self-hypnosis techniques combined with their natural instincts
to bring a safer, easier and more comfortable birth where
pain does not have to be a side effect of labor. Find out more
