Role of a Childbirth Educator:
Our role is to provide research based information on physiology, psychosocial adaptations to pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and early parenthood, which is taught in our educational and Vaginal Birth after Cesarean in Aventura classes.
Goal of a Childbirth Educator:
At Blissful Mommy, our goal is to provide childbirth and education classes to moms-to-be and their partners by presenting choices for prenatal care, childbirth options and post-partum care. Plus, options in home childbirth.
With our birth assistance programs centered on vaginal birth after a cesarean in Aventura, Blissful Mommy promises to provide research-based information on the crucial childbearing year, and to challenge information that is not backed by research. Our experienced educators will halt any fears that one may have and force confidence with the physiological process of labor, child birth and early weeks to follow. Furthermore, we provide information and opportunities to further develop one’s knowledge of the birthing companion, we promote sound decision making practices for one’s self and their babies by making sure they explore all options, and we strengthen confidence and participation in the learning process.
In our child birth classes, we give you choice and information that includes: doula services, midwives, natural child birth, hypnobirthing, water birth, home childbirth and more. These classes we offer are taught by experienced and certified doulas, midwives, childbirth educators and registered nurses. Our Fees
•Group Classes - A minimum of couples will be required for this class. A
total of 4 classes
(2 1/2 hours each) once a week - $ 290 per Couple.
•Private Classes - A total of 4 classes (2 hours each) once a week - $
500.
