practical support during postpartum period.
Studies have shown that with doulas attending the births, labor is shorter with
fewer complications, babies are generally healthier, and breastfeeding comes more easily.

Role of a Doula
- Recognizes birth as a key experience the mother will remember all her life.
- Understands the physiology of birth and the emotional needs of a woman in labor.

Our Doula Services, provide educated, experienced and certified
women in childbirth.
Our doulas provide emotional, informational and physical (non-medical)
support to expecting moms and their partners during labor and birth. We give
our loving touch, provide positioning and comfort maneuvers that all make childbearing women
and their families feel nurtured and cared for.

Every Blissful Mommy receives the following:
•An initial free consultation to get to know each other.
•2 meetings with the Doula to discuss and create your birth plan and
practice techniques to be use.
•24-hour phone assistance around the estimate date of birth.
•Professional labor support at your chosen birthing site.

Our Fees
•Doula Services - $ 800. There is a deposit of 50% due when you decide to
hire us, with the remaining balance due by your 36th week of pregnancy.
