Role of a Childbirth Educator:
To provide information on physiology, childbirth, psychosocial adaptations to pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood.
Goal of a Childbirth Educator:
The goal of Blissful Mommy childbirth education classes is simple: to present to our “parents-to-be” their choices in prenatal care, birth options and post-partum care.
Our Blissful Mommy childbirth classes will provide couples with all the information they need to make informed decisions about their birthing experience and their new chapter as a mother and father.
We firmly believe that all women -- and their birthing companions -- deserve an opportunity to explore beliefs around pregnancy, child birth and early parenting.
Our classes on natural childbirth in Palm Beach will fully prepare you for your childbirth journey and everything that follows. We promise to provide research-based information on the crucial childbearing year, and to challenge information that is not backed by research. We will diminish fears and increase confidence around the physiological process of labor, childbirth and early parenting. And we will provide information and learning opportunities for your birthing companion, so he or she can gain the knowledge and skills necessary. Our main goal is to encourage informed decision making and bolster confidence in parents' ability to make sound decisions for themselves and their babies by exploring their options, and to support and build confidence, responsibility and participation in the learning process.
Our Fees
•Group Classes - A minimum of couples will be required for this class. A
total of 4 classes
(2 1/2 hours each) once a week - $ 290 per Couple.
•Private Classes - A total of 4 classes (2 hours each) once a week - $
500.
