Role of a Child Birth Educator
Providing information on physiology, psychosocial adaptations to pregnancy, Child Birth, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Goal of a Child Birth Educator:
Our goal, here at Blissful Mommy Child Birth education classes is simple: to present to our “parents-to-be” their choices in prenatal care, birth options and post-partum care.
Blissful Mommy classes empower new mommys-to-be and daddys-to-be with information, so that together with their caregivers, they can make decisions about their birth experience and their new lives as mother and father.
We believe women and their birthing companions deserve an opportunity to explore for themselves beliefs about pregnancy, childbirth and early parenting.

Here at Blissful Mommy, you will immediately see that we are committed in providing research-based information on childbearing year. We also challenge information that has not been properly researched, to dispel fears and increase confidence around the process of labor, childbirth and early parenting. In our child birth classes, we provide information and learning opportunities that enhances the knowledge and skills of the birthing companion. We want to inspire informed decision making and increase certainty in the parent's ability to make good decisions for themselves and their babies by reviewing all options, to support and build confidence, self responsibility and participation in the learning process.
Our Fees
•Group Classes - A minimum of couples will be required for this class. A
total of 4 classes
(2 1/2 hours each) once a week - $ 290 per Couple.
•Private Classes - A total of 4 classes (2 hours each) once a week - $
500.
