Role of a Child Birth Educator
Provides information on physiology, psychosocial adaptations to pregnancy, child birth, postpartum and early parenthood.
Goal of a Child Birth Educator:
Our mission at Blissful Mommy is to present to our “parents-to-be” their choices in prenatal care, birthing options and post partum care.
Blissful Mommy child birth classes provide expecting couples with information so that, together with their caregivers, they can make educated decisions about their birthing experience and their new lives as a mother and father.
We believe all women should have the opportunity to explore different beliefs around pregnancy, child birth and early parenting.

We provide every person with research-based information on the childbearing year, and we challenge information that is not research based. We will dispel fears and increase confidence around the physiological process of labor, child birth and early parenting, to offer information and learning opportunities to educate the birthing companion, to encourage informed decision making and increase confidence in parents' ability to make good choices for themselves and their new babies by exploring options, to support and build confidence, self responsibility and participation in the learning process.
Our Fees
•Group Classes - A minimum of couples will be required for this class. A
total of 4 classes
(2 1/2 hours each) once a week - $ 290 per Couple.
•Private Classes - A total of 4 classes (2 hours each) once a week - $
500.
