Role of a Child Birth Educator
Provides information on physiology, psychosocial adaptations to pregnancy, child birth, postpartum and early parenthood.
Goal of a Child Birth Educator:
The goal of the Blissful Mommy child birth classes is to offer our “parents-to-be” different choices in prenatal care, birthing options and post partum care.
Blissful Mommy child birth classes prepares new mothers and fathers to make decisions about their birthing experience by providing them with the information they need.
We believe, women and their birthing companion deserve an opportunity to explore beliefs around pregnancy, child birth and early parenting.
The Blissful Mommy Childbirth Classes in Broward, helped countless new parents in this wonderful, amazing and important journey. We present research-based information on childbearing year and challenge the information that is not research based. We teach how to improve confidence around the physiological process of labor, child birth and early parenting, and dispel any fears about it. We provide the necessary information and learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills of the birthing companion, and to promote informed decision making, which increases confidence in parents' ability to make good, educated decisions that are right for themselves and their babies, exploring options, support and building confidence, self responsibility and active participation in the learning process.
Our Fees
•Group Classes - A minimum of couples will be required for this class. A
total of 4 classes
(2 1/2 hours each) once a week - $ 290 per Couple.
•Private Classes - A total of 4 classes (2 hours each) once a week - $
500.
