Role of a Child Birth Educator
Providing information on physiology, psychosocial adaptations to pregnancy, Child Birth, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Goal of a Child Birth Educator:
The goals of Blissful Mommy Child Birth education classes is to present to our parents-to-be their choices in prenatal care, birth options and post partum care.
Blissful Mommy classes empower couples with information, so that together with their caregivers, they can make decisions about their birth experience and their new lives as parents.
We believe, moms-to-be and their birthing companion deserve an opportunity to explore beliefs around pregnancy, child birth and early parenting.
At our child birth classes in Hollywood you will find we are committed to present research-based information on the childbearing year and challenging the information that is not research based. We will dispel fears and increase confidence around the physiological process of labor, child birth and early parenting. We also provide information and learning opportunities to enhance the knowledge and skills of your birthing companion, as well as encouraging informed decision making and increasing confidence in the parents ability to make good decisions for themselves and their babies by examining options, to support and build confidence, self responsibility and participation in the learning process.
Our Fees
•Group Classes - A minimum of couples will be required for this class. A
total of 4 classes
(2 1/2 hours each) once a week - $ 290 per Couple.
•Private Classes - A total of 4 classes (2 hours each) once a week - $
500.
