Role of a Child Birth Educator
To provide information on physiology, psychosocial adaptations to pregnancy, child birth, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Goal of a Child Birth Educator:
The goal of the Blissful Mommy Child Birth education classes is to present to our parents-to-be choices in prenatal care, birth options and post partum care.
Blissful Mommy classes empowers couples with information, that together with their caregivers, can make decisions about their birth experience and their new lives as a mother and father.
We believe, women and their birthing companion deserve an opportunity to explore beliefs around pregnancy, child birth and early parenting.
Here at Blissful Mommy. we are committed to present research based information on childbearing year, challenge information that is not research based, dispel fears and increase confidence around the physiological process of labor and child birth and early parenting. We also provide information and learning opportunities that will enhance knowledge and skills of the birthing companion, encourage informed decision making and increase confidence in parent's ability to make good decisions for themselves and their babies. Our Fees
•Group Classes - A minimum of couples will be required for this class. A
total of 4 classes
(2 1/2 hours each) once a week - $ 290 per Couple.
•Private Classes - A total of 4 classes (2 hours each) once a week - $
500.
